| 2. The Management will
not guarantee early check in and is subjected to availability
of the rooms. |
| 3. Upon request & subject
to availability, late check-outs up to 6 pm are charged
at half the agreed room rate, check-outs after 6 pm are
charged for one night's stay. |
| 4. Shortened length of
stay after check-in is chargeable as the full day stay
as originally booked. |

| Booking &
Cancellation Procedure |

| Upon receive the
Booking Enquiry, our friendly staff will reply your
email within 24 hrs. If you do not receive from us within
24 hrs, please check the email address provided to us
is valid.
The Booking Enquiry is not a room reservation. Upon
checking on the available date, out friendly staff will
then send you a Booking Confirmation Slip on the requested
date.
Upon receive the Booking Confirmation Slip, a Booking
Deposit is required latest 2 days before your check
in date to secure your reservation, otherwise the particular
reservation will be cancelled automatically.
Kindly email us the Booking Confirmation Slip & the
copy of bank in slip to neweastern1106@gmail.com for
our reference 2 days before your checking date.
Any cancellation within 48 hours or "No Show" would
result in forfeiture of the Booking Deposit. No refund
on this cancellation or "No Show". |
